Leads management of pre-commercial and commercial energy supply contracts per their terms and conditions, including but not limited to; certifying completion of contractually required milestones, acceptance of commercial operation, compliance, dispute resolution and the invoice settlement function for long-term renewable and non-renewable contracts and agreements. Coordinate and implement solutions for issues related to integration of battery technology in long-term power purchase agreements.
