Job Description

Pacific International has partnered with a leading Solar manufacturer who are championing across a global matrix. Growing nearly 50% in 2023, they have a global presence and provide solutions to the commercial, industrial, and residential markets. Their continuous technological innovation, sound financial performance, and well-established global sales and service networks put them in an optimal position to grow their US business.

Pacific-International is partnering with this organization on the search for a Sales Manager to join their existing Commercial and Industrial team.

The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and driven entrepreneurial leader with passion and strong experience (Commercial&Industrial in Solar) for renewables. They would work very closely with the EPCs and focus on large channels, commercial installers, and other direct customers. They will be responsible for developing the strategic accounts and continuing to evaluate and break down the market.

Responsibilities:

  • Proven track record in strategically building business in Solar Market, specifically the industrial and commercial segment.
  • History in the industry and strong network and relationships within the B2B distribution channel.
  • Ability to build, manage, and sustain a strong sales pipeline of opportunities (C&I)
  • An extremely independent and entrepreneurial individual who can both build sales strategies and maintain contact with existing customers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing or equivalent
  • 5-7 years of sales experience in solar, specifically C&I
  • Skilled with respect to the industry, C&I/community solar sector, and technology with existing contacts in the space.
  • Team player and Collaborative
