About This Role
Our Project Manager will manage our solar and roofing projects from start to finish, serving as a clients main point of contact throughout the production process. As a Project Coordinator, you will work with cross-functional teams to ensure that our standard processes are followed throughout a projects life cycle.
Responsibilities
- Providing outstanding customer service and effectively manage client expectations
- This position will oversee a portfolio of assigned customer projects to create long-term relationships with our customers
- They handle customer complaints, finds solutions to their issues, and work independently with minimum supervision
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and internal departments regarding project specifics and system design, including implementing proposed solutions and tracking estimated timeframes
- Communicating with executives and sale team to keep the project aligned with company goals
- Field client issues, escalate to appropriate teams if needed, and follow up to ensure timely resolution
- Work with our CRM systems (Podio) to update the status of projects timely, and ensure all reporting and analytics is accurate.
- Coordinate with development teams to translate technical components to the clients and external stakeholders
- Act as a liaison between sales representatives, technicians, and customers.
- Troubleshoots and problem solves issues or concerns by providing solutions and recommendation
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience working in construction, preferably in the solar or roofing industry
- Minimum of 2 years’ customer service experience
- Ability to multitask and operate in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in a fast-moving environment maintaining a positive attitude in stressful situations
- Attention to detail and highly organized
- Willingness to learn, work within standardized processes/procedures and continued drive for process improvements.
- Proficient with desktop applications such as Microsoft Office- Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, time management and follow-up skills
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
- Must be able to successfully pass pre-employment screening requirements

Pay: $65,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
