Responsibilities:

Safety Culture and Supervision:
- Foster a strong safety culture by participating in toolbox talks and behavioral observations.
- Supervise technicians and subcontractors during on-site work.

Maintenance Management:
- Manage the maintenance program for the assigned site.
- Schedule maintenance tasks based on contractual requirements.
- Maintain stock of necessary tools and materials.

Technical Work:
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on solar power plant components.
- Adjust settings on computerized devices at solar power plants.

Compliance and Documentation:
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
- Create detailed work order documentation, including photos.
- Support a culture of empowerment and safety awareness.

Quality Assurance:
- Inspect newly onboarded solar sites and report any deviations.
- Maintain good housekeeping practices on-site.

Other Duties:
- Handle additional assigned tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years as a Solar Technician or in a similar role involving electrical and mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Proficient with hand tools and mechanical troubleshooting
- Able to lift 50 pounds overhead.
- Availability for on-call evening and weekend work.
- Adherence to personal protective equipment requirements.
- Valid driver’s license and clean record.
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and safety protocols.
