The Opportunity
As director, you will be responsible for leading sales enablement for our SaaS business model. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will support overall revenue growth by developing and executing the sales enablement strategy for Account Directors in alignment with Orennias overall go to market priorities. You will develop and lead onboarding and training programs to drive productivity of our Sales and Customer Success teams, as well as scaling an enablement function in a high-growth start- up environment.
