The Opportunity

As director, you will be responsible for leading sales enablement for our SaaS business model. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will support overall revenue growth by developing and executing the sales enablement strategy for Account Directors in alignment with Orennias overall go to market priorities. You will develop and lead onboarding and training programs to drive productivity of our Sales and Customer Success teams, as well as scaling an enablement function in a high-growth start- up environment. What Youll Do
  • Develop a comprehensive sales enablement strategy in partnership with our sales leadership team.
  • Ensure sales teams are proficient in product knowledge, sales process, industry positioning and business value.
  • Work cross functionally and foster alignment with sales operations, marketing, customer success and other go to market teams to ensure the highest quality content is built for the go to market teams to drive results with our clients.
  • Define and track KPIs to quantify the impact of enablement and adjust enablement plans.
  • Represent sales priorities at team building and training events such as the annual Sales Kickoff and Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Define the sales team enablement vision and roadmap.
  • Own and develop training onboarding programs as well as a certification program for new Account Directors.
  • Lead the ongoing training programs including sales methodology, playbooks, role-specific training and Orennia initiatives.
  • Development of content and tools that make complex concepts easy to understand.
  • Own the planning and execution of Quarterly Business Reviews.

Who You Are

  • You have 7+ years experience in sales enablement or sales supporting roles that includes 4+ years of experience managing high performing teams in a high-growth SaaS sales environment.
  • You have a proven ability to create and roll out successful sales enablement programs.
  • You are detail oriented with excellent written, communication and presentation skills.
  • You are experienced with cloud-based software and solutions.
  • You can establish strong relationships and coach personnel at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent at articulating vision and planning execution of training programs Great business facing skills, understanding of marketing, sales and customer success business needs that drive enablement requirements.
  • You have experience and a demonstrable passion for renewable technologies, data, analytics, and power markets.
