The Program Design and Forecast team lives at the heart of Opower. You will design the programs that utilities use to save energy. You’ll use forecasting models, our foundation of knowledge, and your own creativity and strategic thinking to design programs that maximize customer savings.
We focus on measurable impacts.
You’ll create and measure some of the largest behavioral tests in history to show how our programs change customer behavior at scale. Our work requires a combination of curiosity, creativity, analytical rigor, and cross-team collaboration.
If you care about the climate crisis, enjoy analytical problems, and like communicating with others about creative solutions to those problems, then we hope you’ll apply.
Our vision is to “Strive to ensure that every global citizen has access to clean and affordable energy and water.” One way we do this is with a diverse and inclusive workplace. Our focus on diversity and inclusion is essential to our work – we design programs that reach millions of people across the world, and we are committed to hiring employees that reflect the diversity of the people who receive our products.
