About The Role

We’re searching for dynamic, friendly, and outgoing individuals to join our team as Remote Solar Consultants. As part of the nation’s largest residential solar expert, you’ll be on the front lines of helping homeowners across the country transition to clean, renewable energy. This role is ideal for people who enjoy talking on the phone, meeting new people, and presenting themselves professionally, whether in person or virtually.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Start by identifying and nurturing potential solar customers.
  • Sales: Grow into a full-fledged Solar Solutions Consultant, where you’ll close your own deals and guide homeowners through the process of going solar.
  • Management & Team Building: As you progress, you’ll have the opportunity to lead your own team, mentoring new consultants and helping them reach their potential.
  • Uncapped Earning Potential: Earn between $90,000 and $250,000, with no cap on commissions. Your income reflects your effort, passion, and success.

What We’re Looking For

  • People Skills: You should be social, outgoing, and genuinely enjoy interacting with others.
  • Professionalism: High-quality English communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
  • Home Office Setup: A reliable home office, complete with a webcam, is necessary for virtual meetings.
  • Experience: While sales experience, CRM background, or solar industry knowledge is a plus, it’s not required-we will train the right candidates.
  • Motivation to Learn: You’ll receive mentorship and training to help you succeed and grow within the company.
