What is an Entry Level Solar Appointment Setter ?

In this role, you would schedule an appointment with homeowners for a No Cost Consultation so they can learn about Solar Panels and how they can reduce or eliminate their electricity bill. In our office, we value teamwork, reliability, and going the extra mile for our customers. People who are charismatic, money-motivated, personable, and passionate about helping their community and the environment are ideal candidates for this role.

How Much Are The Income Expectations

Due to Con Edison’s 2024 rate hikes,

Minimum OTE based on performance – $85k – $120k

Performance bonuses

Qualifications

What are the Responsibilities?

Generate Solar Appointments with Homeowners at the Door.

Ensure customers are excited and Sit for the appointment.

Help homeowners lower their power bills while Saving the Environment

Participate in daily in-office training to help increase your earning potential, team building and promotion opportunities.

Support Solar Specialists through effective communication and note-taking.

What are the Qualifications?

A Natural Conversationalist

Student Mentality or Trainable

Comfortable and confident giving presentations

Coachable and Goal Focused Attitude

Experience In Customer Service Or Sales Preferred.
