Job Description

• Coordinate with process plant or other departments on current and upcoming projects required to be completed by Capital Projects.
• Assist Senior Project Controller – Electrical and End User with creating scopes of work for projects as needed.
• Assist Departments pricing/costing AFEs, review proposed AFEs.
• Create, maintain, and update scheduling of current and future projects.
• Update and maintain cost trackers and cost forecasts.
• Order and track owner supplied materials for projects with assistance from senior project controller.
• Assist Senior Project Planner- SMP when needed.
• Provide regular project updates to EI&C Superintendent.
• The Projects EI&C Senior Planner, the Projects SMP Senior Planner, and the Projects Civil Senior Planner will need to coordinate Scheduling and cost Tracking on projects involving these disciplines.
• Create and up-date asset register for each project and update as the project is being developed and constructed.
• Ensure all Project documents are filed correctly and prepare Projects hand over packages.
• All other duties as reasonbly required.

Qualifications

• 10 + years of Electrical experience in construction, maintenance and project management.
• State Electrical Licensing a plus.
• Proficient in Micro Soft Projects, Excel,
• Complete understanding of Electrical one-line drawings, and P&ID drawings
• Good understanding of the NEC & IEEE standards
