The Role:
The Materials Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the strategic oversight of receiving, storing, and dispatching materials. This role ensures inventory accuracy and effectively manages stock levels. The supervisor coordinates and monitors the activities of warehouse staff and delivery drivers, providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. Day to Day:
Selects, trains, and manages storekeepers, drivers, and administrative personnel.
Establish workflow to ensure quality inspection standards are maintained.
Establishes and manages annual Storeroom budget.
Coordinate and manage the recieving, distribution, and control of inventory including materials, parts, supplies, and misc. tools.
Manage and maintain current inventory utilizing SAP warehouse management system to facilitate minimum and maximum inventory levels.
Drive continuous improvement by regularly evaluating processes and implementing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide a high degree of internal customer service by effectively supporting and collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless operations and satisfaction.
Manage inventory requests and usage by Company resource centers, Company crews and contract crews.
Serve as training resource on inventory management system (SAP Enterprise Warehouse Managment) within department and Company.
Oversee warehouse deployment and use of technology systems.
Maintain and manage detailed inventory control processes and records adhering to Company policies, procedures, and requirements.
Establish, coordinate, and oversee safe work practices for the department.
Develops, trains, and mentors individual and team members with documentation and ongoing performance. feedback: recognizes accomplishments and provides cross-training opportunities.
Manages, facilitates, and evaluates team development, work processes and technical expertise, technical job knowledge and personal skill development.
Adheres to and promotes the philosophies and directives of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Demonstrates appropriate leadership and decision-making behaviors; maintains technical job knowledge and personal skill development. Committed to coaching and developing employees.

A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience (includes a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role) and knowledge of materials and inventory management practices or equivalent combination of experience/education.
Demonstrated skill and ability to develop and supervise personnel.
Working knowledge of warehouse stores operations concepts and theories such as, inventory management and distribution.
Ability to become well-versed in all aspects of Company operational requirements relating to the supply chain management process.
Demonstrated skill and ability to manage internal customer relations, interfaces, and service.
Ability to research, evaluate, and identify problems/requirements, present creative solutions, and to follow through on decisions and details.
Self-directed work skills and the ability to perform multi-task functions, organize and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and balance priorities; and facilitate and coordinate projects.
Knowledge of software packages, preferably SAP S4/Hanna and Enterprise Warehouse Management (EWM) and MS Office proficiency, Word and Excel.
Oversee and manage warehouses delivery drivers Internal delivery logistics.
Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Strong people skills: the ability to quickly build effective working relationships with individuals in a variety of business functions.

Base salary range: $83,850.00 – $119,450.00 per year, depending on qualifications
Annual Target Incentive: Supervisor , 9.5% target
Targets are calculated using eligible earnings during plan year participation. Payout, if earned, is based on company and individual performance for each plan year and may range from 0% 200% of target. Targets are subject to change in subsequent plan years. Must be employed by September 30 in order to receive any prorated payout.
