We are looking for a Senior Consultant to support our project work through excellent project & client management, as well as thought leadership, staff mentorship, and research and analysis of clean energy and decarbonization technologies, practices, and programs. This position will contribute proactive engagement with clients, communication facilitation and consensus-building, scoping and overseeing complex project plans, supervision of key deliverables including leading presentation of results, and overall accountability for project success. Projects will cover a range of subject areas including emerging technologies, distributed energy resources, strategic electrification, active demand response, energy storage, and new electricity grid technologies. You will collaborate with analysts conducting complex analytical projects to ensure deliverables meet client needs and are delivered on time and within budget. Ideal candidates will have demonstrated experience as a project manager and client relationship lead working in energy efficiency, demand response, electrification, decarbonization or related topics. This position is a fully remote role and the successful candidate can be based anywhere in the US.

The pay range for this position is $100,000.00- $150,000.00 per year; however, base pay offered may be higher or lower depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience of the candidate, and/or market location. Restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered. Medical, dental, and vision insurance are offered to full-time employees, along with Flexible Spending Accounts and Health Savings Accounts, with employee and employer contributions.
