The only three things we expect from you in order to qualify for interview is: 1) Be hungry 2) Be coachable 3) Have a positive sales experience.
And please be honest with yourself and save your time and ours, sales is not for everyone. We are a team that is moving fast and we will expect the same from you, this is a commission only job, where you eat what you kill. Some reps are able to get 6k in the first week and some walk away with a donut… Of course you will have the proper training and guidance before starting, and if you are good, you’ll be progressed fast.

– Generate new leads and referrals
– Educate homeowners on solar energy and company’s processes
– Dedication to providing customers with a top tier experience
– Motivation for success and commitment to growth
– Provide exceptional customer service before and after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
– Sales experience required
– Strong communication skills and ability to build report quickly
– Fluency in Spanish is a plus
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
– Driver’s license (Required)
