Solar Sales Consultant Position:

As a North Texas Solar Sales Consultant, you are one of the lead sales agents responsible for generating, closing, and managing the clients you bring to North Texas Solar. You will be in charge of generating leads, your client portfolio, and setting reasonable sales targets that are to be achieved.

You will work alongside a handful of other solar professionals and Solar Sales Consultants and operate as a member of the sales team, collectively working to achieve company sales goals and initiatives. This position reports directly to the Director of Sales and Installation and will frequently collaborate with the companys President and Director of Marketing.

While company leads may be provided based on lead flow, performance, and market conditions, the Solar Sales Consultant will need to generate their own sales leads and cultivate them into closed deals.

Responsibilities:

  • Training weekly on sales objections, company products, and industry research or news
  • Scout, generate, and cultivate solar leads
  • Learn and use CRM and other tools of the job
  • Work as a part of a solar sales team
  • Updating and reporting the KPIs for the team
  • Closing deals
  • Client follow up for feedback and review generation
  • Setting and hitting Targets on a Daily, Weekly and Monthly basis
  • Weekly team meeting with Director of Sales and Installation
  • Weekly Pipeline Reviews

Pay:

  • This will be a commission-based role with massive earnings potential
  • Project profit margins will set upfront and transparently with bonus payouts for larger projects
  • A company draw will be set at $2,000 per month as a safeguard for contractor peace of mind

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $45,000.00 – $200,000.00 per year
