Position Specific Description
Regional Manager II in the East Solar Region leads an operational team of engineers (engineers in their region perform 90% field work) and oversees the operations and maintenances of solar and storage sites. Overall, the Regional Manager II is responsible for overall production of solar and storage generation. As this is power generation operations, this is a 24/7 endeavor. Leaders in this position manage all aspects of business and operations while maintaining and injury free work force and achieving production and business targets. Leader ensures all business activities are conducted following corporate policies and are in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal permits, codes, standards, and regulations.
