We are seeking dynamic Door-to-Door Solar Sales Representatives who are ready to hunt for new opportunities, build relationships, and promote our solar solutions. No prior experience is requiredjust a strong drive to succeed and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

Door-to-Door Sales: Proactively canvass neighborhoods to introduce our solar products and services, generate leads, and close sales.

Community Engagement: Attend and actively participate in local networking events, including BNI meetings, chamber of commerce functions, and other community gatherings to build brand awareness and establish connections.

Customer Outreach: Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers, addressing their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Product Knowledge: Gain a thorough understanding of our solar solutions and stay updated on industry trends to effectively communicate the benefits to potential clients.

Sales Goals: Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to overall company growth.

Qualifications:

No Experience Required: We provide comprehensive training to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed for success.

Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage with diverse audiences, present compelling information, and handle objections effectively.

Compensation:
