What Is a Solar Specialist?
As a solar specialist, you conduct solar consultations for homeowners. You would help them analyze their electricity usage and explain the energy savings options and incentives they may qualify for. To ensure a fantastic customer experience, you will also be their main point of contact, managing their account until installation. You will receive daily preset appointments from our Setter team, and the team is currently closing 3 out of every 5 appointments they sit. This active position includes a career path into District Sales Management (DSM).

The ideal candidate should be a Problem Solver with a Student Mentality and ambitious Financial Goals. If you have previous experience working in the solar industry, real estate, or automotive sales, we encourage you to apply, as our top Specialists come from these fields.

Conduct sales presentations with prospective customers in their home
Educate potential clients about the benefits of a solarsaving environment.
Analyze electricity usage to confirm customer wants and needs while developing rapport to enable you to close the sale.
Manage accounts from an initial consultation to installation.
Ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience.
Participate in ongoing training camps focused on increasing your earning potential, team building, and mentoring from our leaders.

Qualifications:

Income Expectation:
Daily direct marketing leads are provided
On Target Earnings: $150k-$200k
Potential to matriculate into Senior Solar Consultant within 12 months and earn 2x Solar Consultant Earnings

Qualifications:
1+ year of experience in a canvassing or customer service position preferred
English/Spanish bilingual is a significant plus but not required
Practical communication skills, both written and verbal
Positive, solution-oriented attitude
Outgoing personality
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; own vehicle

Competitive salary starting $150,000-$200,000; Base, commissions, bonuses
