About the position:

MN8 Energy LLC is seeking a passionate and experienced EV Deployment Program Manager to join our team. The EV Deployment Program Manager will play a pivotal role in the planning, development, and execution of EV charging infrastructure projects across a hybrid territory of US and Canada. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and a commitment to driving positive environmental impact.

As the EV Deployment Program Manager, you will:

• Responsible for building a Canadian standard deployment model for electric vehicle sites from site feasibility, installation, construction, and commissioning.
• Provides planning support and knowledge to Flagship Program for constructability reviews, cost estimating and inputs to project schedules.
• Leads all planning, coordination, and project management of Canadian EV infrastructure deployment efforts in a safe and efficient manner.
• Reviews all Flagship Program construction drawings for civil engineering concerns and ensures quality standards are met
• Provides local-level oversight and management of vendors and contractors, ensuring adherence to program milestones, budgets, construction guidelines, quality and safety standards.
• Assesses and tracks program performance via managing and updating tools, software and processes to ensure effective project management at all stages of program design, implementation and evaluation.
• Develops and prepares monthly work schedules for each project and associated partners, vendors and stakeholders.
• Aligns closely with Site Acquisition team to assist in coordination of city and state-level stakeholders

Our Ideal Candidate will have:

• 3+ years of EV infrastructure deployment experience
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or relevant areas of study
• Ground-up commercial construction experience on a project management team – review and processing RFIs, change orders and punch lists
• Canadian EV infrastructure EV deployment experience
