The Opportunity with McKinstry

We are adding an Energy Sales Leader to our growing Energy division in Georgia. • Develop consultative relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Identify outcome-based solutions and lead government clients to contract closure.
• Develop and maintain a sales plan for identifying project opportunities.
• Collaborate with and lead Operations team to position client for success.
• Perform responsibilities such as lead generation, client satisfaction, proposal development, and client acquisition.
• Utilizes McKinstry’s tools and processes to support our customer relationship strategies.

What You Need To Succeed At McKinstry

• Demonstrated history of sales success required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience required.
• Knowledge of building infrastructure systems, facility management, and energy efficiency preferred.
• At least two (2) years’ experience in energy savings performance contracting with responsibilities for identifying leads, closing sales, and providing oversight to an Operations team preferred.
• Applicable organization affiliations and or professional group associations preferred.
• Ability and willingness to travel within your state required.
• Provide personal transportation for meetings and job visits away from the office; reimbursed.

The pay range for this position is $95,175 – $137,700 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay information is based on market location. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
