Are you ready to be the welcoming face and heartbeat of our Spokane office? We’re on the hunt for a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Operations Specialist who is passionate about delivering exceptional administrative support and creating memorable first impressions. Additional responsibilities include:

  • Be the First Point of Contact: Answer incoming calls, greet visitors, and ensure they feel welcomed and directed to the right place.
  • Maintain Front Desk Excellence: Keep the front desk area organized and spotless, creating a positive environment for everyone.
  • Event Assistance: Play a key role in organizing client events, internal office events, and project celebration
  • Handle Mail & Deliveries: Receive, sort, and schedule pickups for mail and packages with precision.
  • Visitor Management: Keep track of visitor logs, issue badges, and notify team members of their visitors arrival..
  • Customer Service: Provide stellar customer service, building strong partnerships with internal clients.
  • Facilities Liaison: Assist with projects and administrative tasks, supporting our Facilities team.
  • Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with various departments to achieve shared business goals.
  • Engage & Connect: Actively reach out and connect with departments and regions to foster a cohesive work environment.
  • Support Business Operations: Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to create, manage, and organize documents, spreadsheets, and presentations, contributing to smooth business operations.

What You Need to Succeed at McKinsty

  • Passion for architecture, engineering, accounting, consulting, or other professional services industry
  • Strong attention to detail, time management and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to learn quickly and build strong relationships.
  • Experience providing business support in a large matrixed organization or multi-office environment strongly preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.
  • Some experience with SharePoint preferred.

The pay range for this position is $21.03 – $29.25 per hour; however, base pay offered my vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This is a non-exempt role and will be paid hourly. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered. Base pay information is based on market location.
