As a Community Solar Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include:

• Engaging in door-to-door activities to educate utility customers about the benefits of community solar
• Guiding interested customers through the enrollment process for local solar farms
• Thorough understanding of program information, sign-up procedures, benefits, FAQs, and relevant skills to ensure a positive customer experience
• Achieving enrollment targets and performance metrics on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
• Attending regular team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Qualifications:

• Enthusiastic and driven with excellent communication skills
• Ability to quickly build rapport and trust
• Self-motivated with a passion for renewable energy and sustainability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of solar energy and community solar is a plus, but not required (training provided)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
