Job Summary:

As our Community Solar Sales manager, you will have the pivotal role for our growing sales team based in Columbia, Maryland. You will be responsible for developing and implementing proven sales strategies, measuring and growing revenue targets, maintaining frontline staffing levels through training and development, and community outreach.

Core Responsibilities

  • Create and ensure sales results by effectively deploying defined sales programs.
  • Works in conjunction with organizational leadership to hire, staff, train and maintain frontline Sales Consultant positions.
  • Provides daily/ weekly training to frontline Sales Consultants having identified productivity metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills ensuring Team Leads, Field Trainers and Sales Consultants are clear on daily, weekly, and monthly objectives with a full vision on market goals.
  • Ascertains that team is fully knowledgeable on all Community Solar offerings, marketing, and developer enrollment processes.
  • Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales quotas via managing metrics, coaching and performance management.
  • Proven ability to effectively partner and lead teams across large geographic areas.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, and variable schedules as necessary.

Compensation:

  • A successful manager will earn more than $250,000 per year

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $200,000.00 – $250,000.00 per year
