Your Mission:
– Research: independently search for new opportunities, learn about the businesses in depth, map the stakeholders and understand their decision-making process.
– Proactive business development and relationship building: independently and proactively outreach to gain meetings and build rapport with stakeholders and decision-makers of challenging big accounts
– Generate and qualify new business opportunities and coordinate the follow-up to close new business and grow existing customers.
– Coordinate activities with the product development, customer support and technical teams to drive growth.
– Pitching: create and deliver high quality, professional presentations to potential partners, and confidently speak about the business.
– Attends and assists trade shows and conferences, etc.
– Report to the Regional Director
– Other duties as may be required or assigned.
Who we are looking for:
– Bachelor’s degree (or above) in business related majors.
– 5+ years of sales experience.
– A team-player, ability to work closely with our team to develop unique value propositions for our accounts.
– Ability to lead difficult negotiations skilfully, and create and deliver high impact pitches.
– A passion for the mission and raising awareness of renewable energy & sustainability
– Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated, dynamic, collaborative and “can-do” attitude
– Fluent in English and ideally another relevant language such as German, Italian, Spanish or French.
– Flexibility to travel periodically (up to 25%)
