Lumina is looking for a dynamic and strategic Canvassing Strategy Manager to lead and expand our canvassing program.
In this role, the Canvassing Strategy Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective canvassing strategies, hiring and training new canvassers, and expanding the department to enhance lead generation for the company. This role requires a motivated individual with a proven track record in strategic canvassing and team management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for renewable energy.
Responsibilities:

Collaborate with senior management to develop Luminas canvassing strategy

Work with HR to recruit, interview, and hire candidates to expand the canvassing team

Supervise and mentor a team of canvassers to ensure effective door-to-door outreach in assigned areas

Offer training, support, and feedback to team members to enhance performance and achieve results
-
Coordinate team schedules and activities to maximize coverage and productivity
-
Maintain accurate and current records of canvassing activities
-
Submit daily reports on doors visited, interactions, and outcomes of lead generation

Develop and oversee key performance indicators (KPIs) for the canvassing team, such as lead conversion rates, appointment confirmation rates, and customer satisfaction scores

Regularly update senior management on KPI performance, highlighting successes and areas for improvement

Focus on generating high-quality leads for further engagement by sales teams

Participate in training sessions and continuous learning opportunities

Conduct door-to-door canvassing in designated neighborhoods to promote and represent the organization, as necessary
On your first day, we’ll expect you to have:

Experience in the Solar industry, including knowledge of solar products and services, is required

Previous background in Direct sales, Marketing, or Canvassing
-
Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a team of canvassers or sales representatives

Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing effective canvassing strategies to generate leads and drive business growth

Proficiency with CRM software, Google Workspace, Zoom, and other relevant technology tools

Strong ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with team members and other departments

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
