Purpose

As our Senior Fleet, Facilities & Supply Chain Manager, you will manage fleet and facilities activities for our Lake Tahoe, CA, locations. Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain, you will develop and implement fleet and facilities policies, procedures, and processes, supporting the execution of the company strategy. Accountabilities

  • Cultivate and manage vendor relationships to enhance fleet and facilities support
  • Spearhead the establishment and adherence to design standards, ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines
  • Lead and manage the fleet team, overseeing the comprehensive management and maintenance of vehicles and equipment
  • Develop, report, and maintain safety procedures, contributing to the preparation of Fleet Data for insightful analysis
  • Ensure ISNET compliance, manage external facilities-related contractors, oversee contract renewals, and oversee for the maintenance and security of building services
  • Direct special projects, including day-to-day security operations, upgrades, and fulfilling operational needs
  • Prepare and present Fleet and Facilities data to senior leadership, facilitating informed business decisions
  • Play a role in supporting the National Fleet, reporting fleet analysis to the corporate Director of Supply Chain, and contributing to annual planning and budgets for Fleet and Facilities
  • Resolve fleet-related issues within policy and procedures, lead monthly Fleet KPI reporting and fuel analysis, and maintain contact with the Company Fleet Management Provider
  • Facilitate Fleet Specification and Safety committee meetings, promote and manage company safety policies and procedures, collaborating on vehicle safety policies with National/Regional/Local EHS
  • Assist in managing records for vehicle cost calculation and lead all aspects of garage repair functions
  • Lead the standardization of vehicle technical specifications, collaborating closely with west regional standards committees to establish a national expectation
  • Perform other responsibilities as requested by leadership

Education And Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
  • 5-10 years Fleet and Facilities management experience in the Utility industry
  • Auto-diesel truck training and ASE auto service consultant certification or equivalent, a plus
  • Experience managing large/medium duty trucks, hydraulics, and utility vehicles
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Up to 20% travel throughout the assigned region

Compensation

Expected annual salary: $139,233 – $168,000 per year

Full compensation range: $139,233 – $208,849 per year

  • Liberty considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education, training and skills, and geographic location. Base pay for this role is expected to fall within the min to mid-point.
