Tender Coordinator

The Opportunity:

LHH has partnered with a premier firm in the Offshore Wind sector to hire their next Tender Coordinator. The Tender Coordinator, Offshore Wind plays a crucial role in supporting the tender process and business development for the Offshore Wind Department. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, prepare and submit bids, and ensure compliance with all requirements. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to meet deadlines will contribute to our success in securing new business opportunities. The position reports to the Tendering Manager, Offshore Wind.

Your Role:

· Coordinate with internal stakeholders (engineers, project managers, etc.) to gather technical and commercial data.

· Prepare and manage tender responses, including technical proposals, commercial offers, and supporting documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to guidelines.

· Schedule and facilitate tender review, approval, and other relevant commercial team meetings including taking minutes.

· Manage tender documentation including downloading documents from clients, organizing internal deliverables, and uploading submittal packages to client portals.

· Analyze tender documents and identify key requirements and specifications and ensure compliance with all tender requirements, including legal, technical, and financial aspects.

· Develop, track, and maintain bid schedules and timelines to ensure on time submittal.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Civil Engineering or Construction Management
  • 3+ years experience preferably in the marine or civil construction industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Demonstrated experience in commercial tendering/bidding, procurement, and/or document management in an offshore energy industry

· Self-starter, willing to learn, and capable of managing multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic, fast paced environment.

· Excellent skills in planning and organization, as well as verbal and written communication

Additional Information

Location- Houston, Texas ONSITE (4days in office/ 1 day WFH)

Salary: $65-75k
