Job Description


In the Inspection Coordinator role, you will be part of ensuring our residential solar inspections are scheduled in an organized and efficient manner. In this role you will be in direct contact with customers, city inspectors, local leadership, and sales representatives. The Inspection Coordinator will print correct plan sets for crews and schedule jobs for inspection to ensure the project status is up to date within internal systems. In this position, success looks like scheduling inspections as soon as possible, potentially on the day of installation. Providing excellent customer experience to each homeowner throughout the scheduling process is the top priority for a successful Inspection Coordinator at LGCY Power.

  • Competitive pay scale for this non-exempt position is slated to be $18 to $25 per hour, depending on experience, licensing and education (Pay scale is defined by the labor commissioner as the salary of hourly wage range that an employee reasonably expects to pay for the position)

Responsibilities:

  • Represent LGCY Power in a professional and respectful manner
  • Ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience through all interactions
  • Be a part of providing a safe, positive, and efficient work environment
  • Communicate with customers and sales representatives regarding inspections
  • Interact with different municipalities and third parties
  • Meet department SLA’s and customer request in an efficient and timely manner
  • Ensures the average time spent in the Jobs Scheduled queue is less than 10 days, if no revisions occur
  • Actively schedule same-day inspections, or as soon as possible
  • Verify all inspections reschedules
  • Remain informed of market policy and legislative solar issues
  • Maintain data accuracy and communications across multiple platforms
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to spend considerable time at a desk using a computer in a regular office environment
  • Excellent time management and organizational techniques
  • Knowledge of appropriate software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong abilities to prioritize and execute simultaneous tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Coachable and self-motivated
  • Possess a “learning mindset”
  • Exceptional critical thinking skills
  • Previous experience in Netsuite is preferred
  • Spanish speaking is preferred

Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday
  • Weekends and OT may be required but not expected
  • Workdays and start times are subject to change dependent on weather & additional requirements
