Job Summary:
The Field Support Associate assists with ensuring the top quality on-site inspections by communicating with inspection technicians on a daily basis to close-out their job. They maintain accurate records within the CRM by effectively communicating pass or failed inspection. The role requires collaboration with field representatives and updating CRM systems while conducting inspection closeout calls for our field teams who have completed their work. This position is a hybrid role located in Lehi, Utah.
Responsibilities:
Conduct field inspection close-out calls as inspection techs are on-site
Effectively navigate the project review process within internal platforms such as Netsuite, SiteCapture, and Enphase
Confirm pass or fail status with each close out call
Promptly closing inspection tasks within provided SLAs
Upload inspection results immediately after close out call
Create service cases for failed inspections with detailed notes in the CRM
Ensure Enphase Enlighten is commissioned to version 4.1
All other duties as assigned
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to spend considerable time at a desk
Strong organizational skills
Ability to communicate effectively
Basic knowledge and use of Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work effectively independently or within a team environment
Previous customer service or solar experience is preferred
