Job Summary
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, handle data entry tasks, and assist in office management duties. It is desired but not required to be experienced in processing NYSERDA, SlipStream, PosiGen, and utility interconnections.
Duties
– Perform general office tasks such as filing, copying, and scanning documents
– Assist with data entry into computerized systems
– Processing and managing applications with different banks, utilities, and entities
– Provide customer support by answering phone calls and emails
– Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy
– Communicating within the office and team for statuses, issues, and progression on projects
– Aid in administrative tasks as required
– Help to establish a fluent and concise process
Qualifications
– Proficiency in office management procedures and practices
– Strong data entry skills
– Excellent organizational abilities
– Ability to provide customer support in a professional manner
– Familiarity with computerized systems for data entry tasks
– Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred
– Experience with Mircosoft, Adobe, Zoho CRM, DropBox, Signnow – Desired but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
