Job Description

Lela Solar LLC is a small Solar company based in Canton that helps homeowners around Massachusetts and nearby states go solar;

Compensation:

• Earn about $120,000 or more in your first year in solar;
• Average commission per deal is $5000;
• Recruitment referral bonus: $500;
• Performance Bonus;
• Higher pay or lower redline when advanced to a new tier;

Working Hours:

– Mondays and Wednesdays – 11 AM – 7 PM EST.

– Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays – 12 PM – 7 PM.

Roles & Responsibilities:

No prior experience in solar is necessary to join Lela Solar. We provide comprehensive training for both experienced professionals and newcomers. Individuals without experience will initially focus on Door Knocking and scheduling appointments, with the opportunity to advance through our Tier system. Experienced applicants will take on responsibilities such Door knocking setting appointments and closing deals and potentially mentoring new team members. Regular evaluations ensure that each member is positioned to succeed and grow.
