Job Overview:
The Digital Marketing and Design Specialist is a vital member of the Marketing and Communications team who creates visually compelling content, manages website updates, supports digital marketing campaigns, ensures brand consistency, and collaborates with internal teams to enhance user experience and drive engagement across digital platforms.
Job Functions:
- Design and Edit Visual Content: Creates engaging visual graphics, including presentations, infographics, and images, with basic photo and video editing for various platforms.
- Website and SEO: Updates website content using WordPress, ensuring brand alignment and implementing basic SEO practices to enhance visibility and ranking.
- Social Media: Executes social media campaigns with visually appealing content for platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram, while monitoring analytics to optimize performance.
- Digital Marketing: Assists in planning and executing digital advertising campaigns, including SEM and paid social media ads, and analyzing their performance to provide actionable insights.
- Brand Consistency: Ensures all visual collateral adheres to brand guidelines and a cohesive brand identity, including the development of brand assets.
- Content Strategy and UX Design: Collaborates with content creators and copywriters to align visual and text elements, applying UX principles to increase web and social media engagement.
- Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality, and coordinate with external vendors when additional support is needed.
- Data Visualization: Consults with internal departments to create data-driven visuals and infographics that effectively communicate key insights, transforming data and complex ideas into clear, audience-resonant graphics and compelling visual stories.
- Email Marketing Design: Designs responsive and optimized email templates and graphics for email marketing campaigns across various devices and clients.
- Digital Asset Management: Organizes and maintains a digital asset library for easy access, implementing version control and backup procedures to safeguard design assets.
- Innovation and Performance Monitoring: Stays informed of emerging trends in graphic design, digital marketing, and web technologies, experimenting with new tools and techniques, and generates performance reports to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Event Support: Assists in the execution of corporate events, webinars, and other promotional activities.

Qualifications:
- Three years of hands-on Digital Marketing experience including SEO/SEM, websites, email marketing, social media management, and content marketing.
- A Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Certifications in Digital Marketing will be considered.
- Expertise using Adobe Creative Suite and WordPress are a must. Marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Hootsuite and analytics platforms that track and optimize website visitor behavior.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in interpreting and leveraging data from digital campaigns to optimize performance. Proficiency in generating reports, A/B testing, and using insights to drive strategic decisions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time-management skills. Experience in working within cross-functional teams and managing deadlines.
