Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a drive to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:
– Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
– Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media
– Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
– Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
– Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
– Participate in trade shows, conferences, and community events to build a strong network
– Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Sales Representative or relevant role
– Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
– Ability to communicate effectively in English; multilingual proficiency is a plus, especially in Spanish
– Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide the sales team
– Experience in technical sales, outside sales, door-to-door sales, or solar sales is advantageous
– Excellent customer service skills with a customer-centric approach
