WHAT YOULL CONTRIBUTE TO KORE

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations within the warehouse to ensure the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of products. This role involves managing a team of warehouse staff, ensuring safety protocols are followed, maintaining inventory accuracy, and optimizing workflow to meet production goals.

ESSENTIAL FUNNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Supervise and lead a team of warehouse associates, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing training and development opportunities.
  • Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of goods to ensure efficient and accurate handling.
  • Ensure all orders are picked, packed, and shipped according to customer requirements and deadlines.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, audits, and physical inventory
  • Collaborate within the Operations team to develop and execute strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Setup warehouse operations procedures, train employees, and monitor of performance

QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in the setup and use of an ERP system, preferably Oracle Fusion, as it relates to warehouse management.
  • Comfortable with the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
  • Accustomed to working in a regulated environment
  • Oversee the proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
  • Ensure the warehouse environment is clean, organized, and well-maintained.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • This role requires standing for extended periods, moving through the warehouse, and working in various temperature conditions.
  • Overtime and weekend work may be required based on business needs.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.) and operate warehouse equipment.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

The job is performed indoors in a traditional production setting.
