Summary:  Kingspan has been a leading employer of university graduates and is committed to attracting and developing early career talent through an enterprise-wide Graduate Program known as ‘Yours to Shape’.  This program is a key enabler for our business and has a primary objective of building a sustainable leadership pipeline for the future.

 

The role involves a high level of interaction with multiple stakeholders including business leaders and HR leaders across various Kingspan divisions as well as graduate applicants, universities, and external consultant partners.  The successful candidate will also have an opportunity to work on wider Group Leadership and Talent initiatives to ensure that we attract, develop, and retain leadership capability to meet the requirements of our growth strategy.

This role is based out of our headquarters in Deland, FL however we may consider this role for one of our other offices (Columbus, OH, Modesto, CA or Caledon, Ontario) or a proven, experienced remote candidate.

 

Essential Duties:

  • Direct facilitation of the new graduate recruiting and selection processes for N. America.
  • Partner with the division management and HR teams to determine the headcount requirements and other enterprise-wide activities.
  • Partner with business units to define talent management strategy for new graduates.
  • Build strong relationships with university partners in key universities and other external stakeholders including participating in university careers fairs and other promotional activities on campus.
  • Partner with global and regional colleagues to ensure alignment with Kingspan Group graduate development programs to develop the “Yours to Shape” brand within the region.
  • Provide advice on best practices on graduate resourcing and development trends and propose creative and innovative solutions, including partnering with marketing and external agencies to deliver engaging and creative promotional materials including social media campaigns.
  • Regular reporting and updates to senior management.
  • Governance of and accountability for the delivery of the overall program plan.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.

 

Education/Experience:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field, or equivalent career experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition and program management. Experience of designing and running graduate development programs strongly preferred.
  • Experience in running graduate development programs.
  • Prior experience of creative recruitment marketing and campaign management.
  • Licensed or familiar with relevant psychometrics to support assessment and development preferred.

 

Other Skills and Requirements:

  • Skills in developing, influencing, and implementing enterprise-wide programs across a decentralized, multidivisional organization.
  • Managing internal and external resources in a fast-changing, decentralized environment.
  • Good knowledge and application of using social media networks for building brand awareness and recruiting talent.
  • Experience identifying and developing early potential and career path development for graduates.
  • Proactive approach, decision maker and strong track record of results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.

 

The position will require travel approximately 30-40% of the year.
