Salespeople create the clients first impression of the company. Sales is responsible for qualifying, following-up with, and demonstrating the benefit of solar to the prospect with the goal of ultimately turning them into a client.

Role Overview:

  • Youll be selling residential solar directly to our ideal client base.
  • Weekly team meetings and training provided.

  • Provide world class after-sale services including courtesy calls and site visits.

Compensation:

  • Commission Based
  • Average earnings for salespeople fall between 78K – 127K/ year

Requirements:

  • Most important is mindset & drive — you hold yourself accountable to the highest standards of performance and are resilient in the face of failure or rejection.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English. This is a must.
  • Driven, competitive, and confident with coaching others and setting expectations
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills under ever-changing schedules
  • Coachable — you are excited to participate in ongoing training and constantly push yourself to get better and better
  • Team player — you are able to collaborate with a small team, ask for help when needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $78,000.00 – $127,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Experience:

  • Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Miami, FL: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
