Electrical PMT Design Lead – EXPAT

KBR is providing Project Management Services encompassing Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning phase execution supporting KBRs client Sonangols multi-billion-dollar grass roots Lobito Refinery Project in Angola Africa.

KBR is looking for an Electrical PMT Design Lead, to assist with leading a site engineering support team on the Sonangol project. This position will review the complete design work of an EPC company for technical accuracy and conformity to project specifications.

***This position will mobilize China***

Responsibilities:

• Under broad direction supervise and lead a group of engineers
• Provide technical direction over a group and is responsible for employee performance appraisals and for coaching and developing lower-level professionals
• Plan, budget, organize, and control an important segment of a very extensive and highly diversified engineering program or an entire engineering program of moderate scope

Qualifications:

• In lieu of formal education 15 + years of electrical design experience including lead experience, with average experience ranging from 18 + years
• Or a bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• And 7 + years of electrical design experience, with average experience ranging from 10 + years
• Project overall lead experience
• Navisworks or other similar 3D model viewer experience required
