Associate Recruiter, Renewable Energy

Our team recruits on roles located throughout the United States, such as project development, power origination, finance, business development, strategy, engineering, sales and c-suite executives.

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Associate Recruiter to implement an effective sourcing strategy. This opportunity is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with 1 – 5 years of post undergrad work experience, passionate about the energy transition, and eager to launch their career in talent acquisition.

• Source potential candidates by collaborating with team members to understand position requirements and how to target key talent.
• Employ smart sourcing technics, utilize online tools, internal database, and your analytical skills to provide your team with potential candidates.
• Initiate contact with prospective candidates, phone screen, schedule meetings with internal team lead.
• Cultivate and manage a robust talent pipeline through effective sourcing and communications. Be creative with targeted outreach and candidate development campaigns.
• Assist in coordinating interviews and client manager assessments, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Qualifications:

• 1- 5 years of experience.
• Strong interest in a career in executive search, and the energy transition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with meticulous organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Work from an office Monday – Thursday.
