Job Details

The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s operations, ensuring that the company meets its production, financial, and quality goals. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and operational management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business goals.
• Oversee daily operations, including production, quality control, logistics, and finance.
• Lead and manage department heads and supervisors to ensure efficient operations.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven decisions.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.
• Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in a senior management role within the manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record of successful operational management and leadership.
• Strong understanding of the solar manufacturing industry and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
