Description Ambia, a leader in the renewable energy sector, is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst . This role presents an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a significant contribution to our fast-growing organization.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate (email, phone, message) with colleagues, distributors, and suppliers timely and with proficiency.
  • Support field staff by sourcing materials as-needed to close work the same day.
  • Match bills of material and purchase orders, audit for product accuracy, and quantity.
  • Support the reconciliation of warehouse inventory.
  • Review usage and categorize invoices weekly.
  • Create and publish forecasts with warehouse and distribution partners.
  • Other assignments as needed.

Requirements

  • Great communicator. Sets clear expectations, asks clarifying questions, empathetic under pressure, follows up and reports back.
  • Gets in the details. Able to review data or documents, identify errors, and take the necessary steps to resolve them.
  • Problem solver. Naturally curious and works to get to the root of the problem, understand it, and correct it.
  • Data analyst. Experience using excel to organize information and summarize details from large data sets.

Qualifications

  • Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree
  • Able to work a consistent schedule either early mornings or afternoon
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Tableau or other BI tools
