As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented and self-driven Technical Product Manager to join our team and drive excellence in our Oracle Cloud ERP systems, which include EPM, ERP – Finance, SCM, and WMS, as well as legacy Oracle on-prem EBS applications.
Position Overview
As the Oracle ERP Technical Product Manager (TPM), you will be responsible for helping Sunrun’s ERP team and the broader technology team on Project and Product prioritization, roadmap, strategy and lifecycle. Sunrun’s ERP systems landscape consists of:
1) Two legacy Oracle EBS environments (aka Current Gen ERP), which are currently supporting the company’s Finance and Supply Chain business operations
2) A new Oracle Cloud Platform (aka Next Gen ERP) which is in the process of a multi-phase implementation and aims to consolidate the 2 legacy environments into a consolidated modern SaaS landscape.
The Oracle Cloud landscape consists of Cloud ERP (Finance, Supply Chain, Subscription Management and Risk Management), EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) and WMS (Warehouse Management System). OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure/PaaS) tools and utilities are used to build integrations and custom extensions – OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) for Integrations, VBCc (Oracle Visual Builder) and ATPDB (Autonomous Database) for application development.
The broader technology and systems landscape which forms an integrated ecosystem with ERP at Sunrun consists of Salesforce, eCommerce and several specialized custom developed applications (Customer Care, Pricing, Design Tool etc.). The job will involve close collaboration with the Technical Product Managers and engineering leads of all these teams to do backlog prioritization based on company, individual business unit and ERP stakeholder priorities. This multi-level prioritization will require close interactions with business leads and stakeholders of different business units to rationalize, synthesize and collate their requirements which are a mix of operational efficiency enhancements, new business/growth initiatives and keeping the lights on tasks.
After helping establish the priority work items from the backlog the TPM will help develop user stories and business requirements detailing in collaboration with ERP Business Analysts and other TPMs. During the execution phase of the projects the TPM will play a crucial role in coordination over cross-functional teams, communication about project progress, bottlenecks and resource, decision etc. needs to stakeholders across business and technology teams as well as executive leadership.
If applicable, on specific larger projects, the ERP TPM will also provide overall project management oversight over external professional services partners, keeping a keen eye on their deliverables and alerting ERP leadership and management about any red flags in a timely manner.

The starting salary/wage for this opportunity is: $169,184 to $217,523.
Other rewards may include annual bonus eligibility, which is based on company and individual performance, short and long term incentives, and program-specific awards.
