In your new role you will:
  • Manage a small engineering team as well as the Central Plant systemsand personnel.
  • Manage Fab cleanroom air systems and cleanroomenvironment, fire protection and alarm systems, site electrical design,as well as related Facilities projects related to these areas.
  • Designssystem improvements, resolve system problems, workswith site technicians on technical and operational issues, and communicates withsite leaders on key changes and issues.
  • Define project scopes ofwork and organizes plans for completing the projects within budget and schedule.
  • Work with contractors on project plans, budgets, andschedules to bring about a positive outcome on projects.
  • Organize Capital projects and manages capital projects to meet plan.
  • Manage cleanroom repairs and changes.
  • Characterize all cleanroom areas.
  • Work with Fab customers on cleanroom needs and issues.
  • Define annual andfive-year budget plans.
  • Define and select area employees andtechnical experts.
  • Organize cost and energy reduction plans.
  • Document system changes on the sites drawing and specifications.
  • Interact with other site disciplines on problems, projects, and Fabtool installations.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
  • Mechanical Engineer specialist with a strong understanding for thedesign and operation of HVAC and Cleanroom systems.
  • Semiconductorfacilities experience or large industrial experience of greater than 5years.
  • Experience managing personnel for more than 3 years.
  • Experience workingwith fire sprinkler systems, site civil systems, and exhaust systems.
  • Experience in building construction management, project management, and peoplemanagement skills.
  • The ability to use AutoCAD and writespecifications and work scopes.
  • Works well with contractors andcontracted service providers.
  • A strong understanding forconstruction and project management work.
  • Strong written and oralcommunication skills.
  • Is a strong problem solver.
