Associate, Solutions Development
The Solutions Development team at Southern Company focuses on creating and utilizing innovative, non-regulated energy solutions tailored for the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) market. Our goal is to optimize the delivery of these business models, making the business more operationally efficient and profitable. Leveraging cutting-edge technologies and partnerships, we develop and implement solutions that drive efficiencies, sustainability, and cost savings for our customers. JOB SUMMARY:
The Associate will contribute to unregulated Solutions Development by focusing on creating and analyzing business cases, improving existing business models, and developing and supporting the execution of go-to-market strategies. This role will contribute to the overall business model approach for C&I Customer Solutions across Southern Company operating companies, ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of these models.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, contract negotiations, business model development, marketing strategy, sales enablement, and cross-functional experience. They contribute to the successful communication, influence, and alignment across a wide array of internal partners.
