Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a drive to succeed in a competitive market.

Responsibilities:

– Join with the team everyday to bond and create a community together to push each other and encourage to hit our financial goals to create financial freedom.
– Conduct energy sales through various channels including door-to-door, outside sales, and technical sales.
– Utilize negotiation skills to close deals and meet sales targets.
– Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions.
– Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing market share.
– Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and sales progress.

Experience:
– Proven experience in sales, preferably in energy, solar, or technical sales. We are open to no sales experience also, but you have to be determined and hungry.
– Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus.
– Strong leadership skills to drive sales initiatives and motivate team members.
– Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is advantageous.
