We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solar Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive growth for us in the solar market.

Job Description:

As a Solar Sales Manager for NFRs Solar Division, you will lead, build, and mentor a team of solar sales professionals, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible training and recruiting new hires for sales representatives and setters. Additionally strategic vision and leadership will be critical in driving the success of our solar sales department. The sales manager will manage, coach, and develop a high-performing team of solar sales representatives by providing ongoing training and support to sales representatives. Including helping them improve their product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement skills. You must stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and adjust sales tactics accordingly. Along with this, you will generate regular sales reports and analyze data to make informed decisions and recommendations to senior management and ensure that all sales activities adhere to relevant industry regulations and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing team of solar sales representatives, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment.

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales goals in the solar energy market.

Market Analysis: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and adjust sales tactics accordingly.

Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business through exemplary service and support.

Quota Management: Set clear sales targets and KPIs for the sales team, closely monitoring performance and taking corrective actions when necessary.

Sales Training: Provide ongoing training and support to sales representatives, helping them improve their product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement skills.

Reporting: Generate regular sales reports and analyze data to make informed decisions and recommendations to senior management.

Compliance: Ensure that all sales activities adhere to relevant industry regulations and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

Proven track record of success in solar sales or a related field, with at least 5 years of sales experience.

Previous experience in a leadership or management role for the solar industry.

Strong understanding of solar energy products and solutions.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency with computers, specifically Microsoft Office, sales management software and CRM tools.

Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of local solar regulations and incentives (preferred).

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $90,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
