About This Role

Lumio offers residential solar, roofing, battery storage, as well as an assortment of other energy efficient home improvements. This helps our reps easily customize a plan for each customers home and maximize customer energy savings and personal commissions.

As a Solar Sales Manager at Lumio, you will be responsible for leading our residential solar sales team, driving sales growth, and achieving revenue targets. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of solar projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, a deep understanding of the solar industry, and a passion for renewable energy.

Overall Responsibilities

  • Manage local office
  • Lead and motivate a team of solar sales representatives to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and increase customer acquisition.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including homeowners, contractors, and industry partners.
  • Conduct sales presentations, site visits, and consultations to educate customers about the benefits of solar energy and our products/services.
  • Train and mentor sales team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Represent Lumio at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our brand and generate leads.
  • Run daily meetings
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life
  • A track record of sales success in a door-to-door sales environment (preferred but not required)
  • The ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ethical character, does the right thing

Pay: $100,000.00 – $300,000.00 per year
