Lumio offers residential solar, roofing, as well as an assortment of other energy efficient home improvements. This helps our reps easily customize a plan for each customers home and maximize customer energy savings and personal commissions.
Position Summary
IN- Home Solar / Home Improvement Sales Professionals throughout South Carolina. We pay our Lumio reps some of the highest commissions in the industry. In 2022 rep income ranged from $83,000-$450,000. The results we are seeing this year has put many on pace for much higher income for our reps. Seeking people who would like to make $200,000 / yr. right now and are willing to work accordingly.
Positions are for local reps in their home area, however traveling opportunities are available if requested.
Some reps often do 10-15 day trips (company sponsored) to CA, FL, AZ, WA and other top solar markets (not required but available).
Lumio is looking for leaders at every level. We can help the most experienced reps find a platform that lets them plug in and use their closing skills right away as well as positions designed for people with no prior solar experience or even sales experience that also offer a 6 figure income potential their 1styear, regardless of prior skill level. A full, from the bottom up, training is provided and continued training is available to all reps anytime.
We are currently expanding all over South Carolina . We are looking for leaders to run some of these locations for us in the very near future. While we welcome managers from other industries to apply, we promote from within. All of our managers are very good at helping our reps in any situation because they ALL have done it before at a high level.

Responsibilities:
-Educate customers on how solar can save them money
– Work with top sales producers and learn from them
New hires can elect to follow a mentor for first 30 days and earn while they learn if desired
– Prospecting for qualified leads (self generated or referral appts are paid at a higher rate)
– Running preset company provided leads and updating their records in our CRM
QUALIFIED sales appointments booked directly into your company calendar every month
– Full Sales Support including proposals and designs in real time
– SALESFORCE CRM to track everything
– Support layer to help with the post-sale (collecting what is needed from customer)
Many great closers arent great post sale or admin or ops folk, we have support for that
– Easiest sales platform to learn quickly.
– Fast and clean installs 30 days or less in most markets
– Fast clean commissions
– Closing deals and signing all documents with the customer
– Manage accounts
– Analyze customer savings and inform them of all federal and local credits available to them
– 2 weekly zoom conference calls approx. 1 hr.
Qualifications:
– Winning attitude, strives to be the best and understands what is required for that
– teachable /coachable we have proven systems THAT WORK. Looking for reps who will follow them.
– Someone who can commit to working 30-50+ hrs./ week when working
Its extremely hard to gain momentum working PT at this position, though Im open to discuss certain situations
We expect our reps work hard when they are working, and we dont bother them when they are not
– Excellent customer service skills
– Excellent verbal communication skills
– High energy and integrity
– Ability to work nights and weekends if necessary (not required)
– Highly motivated by money or intrinsically.
– Solar & roofing industry experience a plus, not required
Must be 18 or older
Some of our best reps have never sold solar before, but are good at following a proven system
We have starter positions available for applicants with no experience in sales who would like to learn the sales profession while making good money (75-120k)
Our more experienced reps earned 300k+ depending on their desired schedule
