We are seeking a dynamic Solar Consultant to join our team. As a Solar Consultant, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling solar energy solutions to residential and commercial clients.
Responsibilities
– Conduct consultations with potential customers to understand their energy needs and recommend appropriate solar solutions
– Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and the cost-saving advantages of switching to solar power
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process
– Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
– Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in solar technology
Experience
– Proven experience in sales, preferably in solar sales or a related field
– Strong customer service skills with a focus on building rapport and trust
– Technical sales knowledge to effectively communicate the benefits of solar energy systems
– Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce, for managing customer interactions
– Leadership abilities to drive sales initiatives and motivate team members
– Fluency in Spanish or other languages is a plus for engaging multilingual customers

Pay: $125,532.00 – $147,019.00 per year
