Solar Qualifier

As the trade qualifier/license holder for Blue Raven Solar, you will oversee our electrical work operations in New Jersey and promote work qualify and job safety and ensure compliance with applicable laws. This position requires the ability to communicate well with electricians, installers, support representatives, homeowners, and building and utility inspectors and permitting/licensing officials. Applicants will need to have the C-46 license, and ideally taken the CA Law and Business Exam in the last 5 years (or be willing and ready to take it soon), and have taken (or are willing and ready to take soon) the Asbestos Open Book Exam. Responsibilities

• Direct, supervise, and/or perform the company’s electrical work for rooftop solar installations.
• Ensure electrical work is performed in a safe, good workmanlike manner and in compliance with applicable laws and rules.
• Supervise, train, mentor, support, and assist team members in the performance of rooftop solar installations.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot solar system components to resolve electrical issues.
• Meet with inspection officials, as needed, for the commissioning of solar systems.
