**Job Description:**
TREN Solar is seeking an experienced Solar Panel Installer to join our growing team in Covington, LA. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in solar panel installation, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Install solar panels on residential and commercial properties.
– Ensure all installations comply with safety standards and company protocols.
– Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on time.
– Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during installation.
– Use company-provided vehicle to travel to various job sites.
**Qualifications:**
– Proven experience in solar panel installation.
– Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
– Knowledge of electrical systems is a plus.
– Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
– Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
