Position Overview

We are seeking dynamic and motivated solar entrepreneurs to partner with Babio as Master Dealers. In this role, you will leverage Babio’s cutting-edge technology to boost your sales efforts and lead a dedicated sales team. Your focus will be on building and managing a team that sells solar solutions to homeowners, while Babio takes care of the post-sale installation process.

Responsibilities

  • Build a team of solar professionals that can leverage from Babio’s advanced tools, technology and resources
  • Generate and follow up on leads to create a pipeline of potential customers.
  • Use Babios AI-driven proposal tools to create compelling and accurate solar proposals for your customers.
  • Present and sell solar solutions to homeowners, emphasizing the benefits and cost savings.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with Babios support team to ensure a smooth customer journey.

Qualifications

  • Min 4+ years of proven sales experience in the solar industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to use technology and software tools efficiently.
  • Passion for renewable energy and sustainability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 – $200,000.00 per year
