Technician to make an impact on our residential team with solar installations.

What youll do:

• Multiple day residential solar panel roof installations as a team
• May include separate generator installations
• Making roof penetrations, roof solar panels via battery in particular
• Running DC wiring to inverter and conduit work and getting wiring to the ground team
• Working outside and experience in different climates

What youll bring:

• 3+ years of experience with residential solar installations
• Roof penetration and solar racking experience required
• Ability to complete panel installation as part of a team
• Knowledge of DC wiring, conduit, and inverters
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. frequently
• Valid drivers license
